Our cuisine

Today Le Chat Noir is a reference point for who wants to linger in Cefalù and try the typical dishes of Sicilian tradition.

We are at Via XXV Novembre 17, in one of the most popular and suggestive streets of the Sicilian town, close to the famous Cathedral of Cefalù. Respecting the architectural tradition of the city, we chose to maintain the original structure of our location within a 16th century-ancient building.

Entering the restaurant, you are immediately welcomed in our inner courtyard. From there, you can reach the main hall. Just like in the original design of the building, the dining room is characterized by stone walls, tuff arches and large vaults, where you can try the most important dishes of Sicilian cuisine with your loved ones.

Mum Francesca and her son Marco take care of the management of the hall. Together we will do our best to satisfy your requests and to make you feel at home, with family.

In the kitchen, dad Lillo and his son Fabio are always at work to improve their culinary art, respecting Sicilian cuisine basis with a bit of innovation. Fabio, in particular, pays very much attention to experimentation, to the reinvention of dishes with different aromas and ingredients from the original recipes.

With an imperative that he never abandons: to use only high-quality and local Sicilian products, to never lose the typical tastes of Sicilian palate.

From the passion for cooking to the one for wine: an area of ​​the restaurant is dedicated to the tasting of the best wines of Sicily, all preserved in the Natoli winery, which welcomes customers in an exclusive area for unique tastings.

Our staff is ready to welcome you in multiple languages: English, German, French and Italian.
